@drmncrald @RailwaySeva@drm_lko Received a call from an RPF official now who enquired about the issue and I have explained the problem faced and concerns encountered before the train arrived at the station. He acknowledged the feedback and was happy to listen to it. Appreciate the quick response.
@IRCTCofficial@RailwaySeva@RailMinIndia I have been waiting at Prayag Junction for almost 3 hours+ for train 14217 Unchahar Exp along with hundreds of distressed traveller's piled up outside the station, we are not being allowed into the station premises.
Can we get some concrete information and commitment as to what is going on with this train and when will this train actually start from the starting station. This is the state with most trains going out of Prayagraj on ground. WHY!
@AshwiniVaishnaw@narendramodi@myogiadityanath
There's a bunch of people gathered at the main gate of the Prayag Junction, there is no concrete information on when the train will arrive and its arrival time is being increased every 30 minutes without any transparent reason as to why the delay is happening.
The train's actual reaching time was 2:15pm on 16th, at the time of this tweet 12:35am of the 17th, still suffering and travelling with the mighty Indian Railways. The lack of coordination, commitment and lack of concern/human life is just unprecedented at this point.

What is the point of having Kumbh special trains when we can't have them run remotely close to their time. I started my journey on 16th Feb in Train 04016. Been more than 26+ hours and we've still not reached the destination.
There's public without tickets blocking the washrooms in AC compartments the washrooms itself are unusable and not functioning, have done complaints multiple times. These types of delays and no proper action plan is what leads to stampede situations which we saw in New Delhi.
I am traveling by train 12309 on 4th/5th Jan 2025. This is a Rajdhani train which was delayed by several hours and started at 11:30pm on 4th. We were offered dinner at 12:30am of 5th and most people didn't take it as it was an odd time. The train has been delayed further in route
I believe as per the IRCTC rules if a Rajdhani train is delayed, full meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner should be provided to the passengers travelling. Do let me know if my understanding of the policies is wrong.

It's 1pm now and we were given this Khichadi meal by the catering staff right now. Before this there was only tea served at 9:30am. No breakfast was provided and the staff said no lunch will be provided. That khichadi is the only thing they have got to serve to us in the train.
