Amazon’s delivery service is getting absolutely pathetic in my area.

Delivery agents constantly use abusive language, mark NON-OTP orders as delivered without actually delivering them, or randomly cancel orders.

Imagine ordering something worth ₹20k��₹30k and the delivery guy says:
“Should I carry it on my head to bring it to your house?”

That’s the level of professionalism now.

Completely unacceptable behavior and honestly shocking from a company like Amazon.

And for open box orders, where customers literally pay extra, they call and ask me to come to some remote location to collect the package or they threaten to cancel it.

I’ve reported this multiple times to customer support and the only response every single time is:
“we’ll look”

Facing poor experience with Livspace. Paid 50% on 23 Mar after multiple follow-ups, now no response from PM/designer. Helpline keeps on hold. Delivery due by 7 May but zero update.
