@jgopikrishnan70 Considering delhi, 2 Crore is nothing sir. Outside, trial court is having unlimited jurisdiction. J&K it is 500 crore or something. Beside this, Delhi HC doesn’t have strength to cater all these matters. Dates are very long. People lose hope.
