17 days and still no resolution from Jio AirFiber. Paid ₹731 for a plan advertised at ₹707, yet service is down. Engineers contradict each other, Shimla & Mumbai calls give useless advice like “wait a little longer.” As a student, my studies are suffering. @JioCare

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I applied online for BSNL Fiber. Customer care clearly said installation is free and only plan recharge payment is required. But Mehatpur BSNL exchange is demanding ₹3500 extra for installation. This is unfair and misleading. @BSNLCorporate please clarify and take strict action.
