I had a collection between 9.30-1.30pm. The person just came late at 2.30pm pressed the buzzer and just walked off within a couple of seconds. Didn’t even wait 30 seconds for me to get to the door of the block. Very poor! And now I have to wait in again tomorrow!

Vodafone UK literally haven't made a single announcement anywhere to address the fact their service has been down for almost an hour.
No point tagging @VodafoneUK since they don't use their Twitter account anymore, but nothing on Facebook or Insta either.
