Heavenly Father,

You are the sovereign God who raises up leaders and removes them, and who holds the hearts of rulers in Your hand.

We lift up the elected leaders of our nation before You today. Grant them strength, courage, and true intestinal fortitude. Like Joshua, whom You repeatedly commanded to “be strong and courageous,” and like Nehemiah, who persevered through mockery, threats, and opposition, equip these leaders with unwavering resolve.

Give them boldness to stand firm against pressure and fear, wisdom to discern what is right, and the fortitude needed to pass the SAVE Act, so that voter eligibility may be safeguarded and only citizens of this nation may cast ballots in our federal elections.

Help them fear You more than the opinions of men, pursue justice and truth without compromise, and protect the foundations of the republic You have allowed us to steward. Strengthen their hands for the work set before them.

to include the SAVE America Act:

Require proof of citizenship & photo ID to vote.

This is a reminder that reconciliation bills only require a majority vote in the Senate.
