@VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare I have called them n number of times and have sent 100's of emails but they haven't responded to any of my calls or emails unitl now. As per the Visa rules we have to book everything prior to applying for the Visa and its too late for me to cancel it.

We had a flat tire today with our rented car with @Enterprise and look at the spare tire available in the car. We had booked this trip long ago @enterprisecares and we have lost money on our bookings & not to mention the mental stress. We are still awaiting a replacement car.
