@AshwiniVaishnaw train 12134 supposed to reach Thane at 9:43,it is at Diva, 7km away from Thane,for past 1 hour. People have connecting trains, flights, patients to be hospitalised but Rail admin is unconcerned. U run trains without sufficient infrastructure make People suffer

@drm_dli @RailwaySeva Platform should have been made operational only after making it user friendly for senior citizens & physically challenged. In the meantime free Buggy car service should be provided for the needy. Luggage of seniors & disabled persons shud b allowed in Buggy at other platforms

@AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia Government should review Dynamic fare policy for premium trains. We travelled in 22210 from NZM to MMCT PNR 2947682759 after paying hefty Dynamic fare. There were hardly 10-12 passengers in our coach A3 & around equal numbers in A2

We didn't get a berth in normal trains as these running to full capacity. With a lesser amount of Dynamic fare our train might have attracted more passengers and more passengers mean more revenue for the railways. Railways are running in loss not because of subsidised fares...

Sadly DRM has no answer_solution to solve this problem. Senior citizens are compelled to travel in pathetic situation while trains are running with vacant berths and maybe TTEs are exploiting the situation. @AshwiniVaishnaw @GWRHelp @WesternRly

Allotment of berths is done based on availability arising from cancellations or non-turn-up passengers. The on-board TTE has been advised to extend all possible assistance, subject to Railway rules and availability.

@drmbct @RailwaySeva TTE didn't extend the ticket up to Madgaon,we were compelled to detain at BSR. Berths were vacant but faulty system & TTE apathy denied us travel further.That's why railways is running in loss & nobody cares to improve the system. We suffered @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi

Please advise what options are available if she has a reserved ticket up to BSR & wants to extend it to MAO.She doesn't have time to deboard at BSR buy a new ticket & return back

It was halted at Diwa for 2 hours that made it late by 4 hours. My question is why the decision to terminate the train at Thane was announced after it left Panvel that made passengers suffer

@AshwiniVaishnaw a sudden announcement in running train 01186 is made at 8:30 am after Panvel that it will be terminated at Thane. Now it is 10:40 and train is stationed near DIWA for past 90 minutes. There are children, elderly who need food, medicines, special attention but...

They could have been given a choice to deboard at Panvel & accommodated in local trains for Thane/CSMT. We must be compensated, guilty must be punished @KonkanRailway @AshwiniVaishnaw

Why it was halted at Diwa for 2 hours? Why it was terminated at PF 8 at Thane that has no lift/escalator? Why thought was not spared for the elderly @AshwiniVaishnaw
