@TheHockeyNews Cooper: Many predicted Tampa win division but didn’t , has top 5 in league talent at goalie and point producer.
Ruff: won division, had a roster no one predicted to make playoffs, second most games missed due to injuries.
No bias in voting here 🙄
@716tax@PatrickMoranTB Brown is definitely the better talent but also comes with baggage. Moore is a high character and locker room guy. There is a reason Brown got traded. Brown is a ‘me’ guy.
@the_habitant Habs had a great run and I agree a great young team. In addition they have great prospects that aren’t even playing NHL yet.
I think the disrespect is coming from some outlandish comments some Hab fans are saying and whining about on social media and more directed at them.
@PatrickMoranTB It’s not the best story line. I think ratings will suck but the hockey will be great. Both teams did what they had to do to win their respective conferences.
@paqdaddy Wasn’t sure if this was a parody account or not…. Habs got some lucky bounces in Tampa and Buffalo series. Clearly outplayed in game 7 in both series. It caught up with them against Carolina.
@SneakyJoeSports@PatrickMoranTB I think it comes down to resign Tuch but be in a Skinner situation in 3-4 years where he needs to be bought out as his salary doesn’t match his output or trade three good assets for someone that will likely play to his skill for the remaining part of the contract .
@2Goalies1Mic I love everything about Tuch except his age. We don’t need another Skinner situation in 3-4 years. With so many great prospects the future is bright. Money spent on Byram and Benson are better for the long term.
@jjjacks17 It would have been a great gesture by the Bills if they gave the season ticket holder their old seats in Highmark stadium to all those that renewed in new stadium.
@SabreUnfiltered I’d put Wolf from Calgary on the list too. His number aren’t spectacular but neither was the team in front of him and he’s young. However, Calgary is not giving him up.
@theblockspot Not a fan of either team.
You don’t reach ECF without being a great team.
Montreal was much better prepared as Sabres and TB were exponentially better than Philly and Ottawa.
I think Carolina won’t be caught off guard going forward. Will be great series.
@PierreGillesMor@sabesnbills@JeremyWGR This reporter had clear sight the ENTIRE time and reported it was never covered at all and the ref had the same sightline as the reporter but he was higher up. He said never understood why the whistle went as it was never covered. Do you have video of play from sightline of ref?
@adampensel I feel like Bills held on to McDermott’s defensive system too long and missed their window. Plus average drafting. If Sabres can land a goalie their future for. Text several years is very bright.
@BMaz1 Don’t hate the guy at all. I think he’s a good goalie but saw plenty of deficiencies and can’t caught up in the game instead of focusing on the net. Montreal’s defense saved him several times. However, he played much better than the Sabres goalies.
@SlipperyNodd@sabesnbills@JeremyWGR Media stated they had same view as referee from a higher vantage point clearly saw the puck & it was never covered.
I was at game 5. The Sabres had to pinch more due to deficit which led to more high scoring chances. Sabres lost game in last 5 min of 2nd due to bad goaltending
@sabesnbills@JeremyWGR Sabres outplayed Montreal in games 1,5, 6&7. Montreal outplayed Buffalo games 2,3 &4. Goaltending was difference in 4, 5&7. A quick whistle on an uncovered puck despite ref saw puck was uncovered also helped Montreal in game 7.
