Let's talk about Vaccines.
Still seeing a lot of confusion going around about the Mechanism of vaccines in use. I will attempt to explain it as simply as possible.
Please read, and share.
So, think of the SARS-CoV-2 virus as Ferrero Rocher. ๐๐

I walked almost 10kms screaming Main Bhi Aam Aadmi.
Was a kid back then. Vowed to never ever do that juvenile shit again.
Let the kids enjoy their Cockroach movement. The world aka reality will slap them hard and they'll grow up.
Natural progression hai.
Two woke liberal colleagues were discussing Cockroach Janta Party and how it is a sham because some "AAP guy founded it". Discussion ended with "People are legit so jobless". Kudos to SM warriors for exposing the reality of CJP so early on.
Interns can share any and all experiences, provided they reflect some learning experience. Whatever you share should garner trust in you and the medical fraternity, not diminish it.
CPR on a patient with a pulse, blood sample collection without gloves and aseptic technique - not only are they grossly wrong, they give an impression that your clinical acumen is not up to the mark.
Yes, you are still an intern - you are bound to make mistakes and you are going to learn from them. The earlier you do, the better.
And it's not about moral or intellectual superiority. It's not about shaming. It is about teaching you what is right and what is wrong. Being an intern, you may feel on top of the world. Top of the undergraduate academic food chain - but remember, being an intern, you are at the bottom of the clinical food chain, way below residents and SRs and consultants. You have lots and lots to learn - about patient interaction, use of social media and its pitfalls, and the practice of medicine. Getting engagement and likes and comments on social media might feel validating and gratifying, but they don't serve any real purpose beyond a temporary euphoria.
Being enthusiastic is one thing. But losing your way in that enthusiasm is another. I was the same when I was a post-intern, engaging on Twitter. 3 years of Surgery residency gave me a much needed reality check and a factory reset. The earlier you get that check, the better.
Kya kya defend karte hai bhai ye log. Hadd hai. Susu nikal jaata hai to diaper pehno, urine bag rakho. Nam@@z padhne jaega tab susu nai rok paega to kya karega ??

During the Partition of 1947, everything was left behind.
A man who came to ๐ฟ๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ค๐ข ๐๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ค๐ฉ supported his family by driving a tangaโฆ and later started a small-scale spice business. That very man went on to become famously known across the country as โ๐๐ฟ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐๐จ๐๐๐ฎ ๐ ๐.โ
But his true greatness was not just in building a business worth croresโฆ
It was in how he gave a large part of his earnings back to society.
๐๐ฃ ๐ญ๐ต๐ฒ๐ด, ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ ๐ฟ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ค๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐๐ก was started as a small charitable eye hospital, which was later developed into a multi-speciality hospital. Today, it serves thousands of patients.
This is not just a story of businessโฆ it is a true example of struggle, hard work, and social service. ๐ฎ๐ณ

Mom's cousin (staunch Congressi) complained to my mausi that mausi didnt take the cousin while going to Ayodhya for Ram Mandir darshan. My mausi replied: "Aap kehte they ki uss jagah pe hospital banna chahiye tha, mandir kyun bana rahe hai, toh maine aap ko nahi bulaya."
@sagarikaghose@BJP4India MISLEADING ๐จ You deliberately cropped this picture. Just behind you, it was BJP leader Rakesh Sinha in queue to pay floral tribute.
At Suvendu Adhikariโs oath taking, PM Modi greets & take blessings from 98 year old Makhanlal Sarkar.
Makhanlal was arrested in Kashmir in 1952 while accompanying Syama Prasad Mukherjee, founder of Bharatiya Jana Sangh, during the movement to hoist the Indian tricolour there.
Sir, we might still hold our breath for a few seconds or minutes. Maybe conserve a few breaths.
What about the heart Sir? What about the heart? How can you in good conscience practice cardiology and extend the function of the heart in any way you can when every heartbeat is one beat closer to death? How Sir? How? Where's the maturity in that?
One day itโs a white supremacist peddling anti-Hindu hate, and the next day a non-Hindu so-called "academic" spewing this nonsense about what we supposedly believe.
Audrey, itโs casteist to assume that priests must be Brahmin.
And it'sย racist for saying Hindu temples are not allowed to have access rules.
But we doubt it will stop you. This is your schtick, and you'll stick to it. Thatโs prejudice pretending to be expertise.
@ShashiTharoor So the Christians elected a Muslim and the Muslims elected a Christian
Also the Hindus elected a Muslim
But nowhere did the Muslims or the Christians elected a Hindu
#KeralaStory indeed
This is seriously messed up. TMC is not a political party. It is a front for a domestic terror outfit. No mincing words here.
Salute to the bravehearts of BJP karyakartas and the Hindus of Bengal for their resilience against the TMC rule! But the battle is not done yet. Mamata and TMC goons will take every step to ensure civil unrest in West Bengal wherever and whenever possible. Ensuring peace is going to be an uphill task.
I hope BJP does not give even an inch of leeway to these goons and sucks every last breath of life out of them.
