Interns can share any and all experiences, provided they reflect some learning experience. Whatever you share should garner trust in you and the medical fraternity, not diminish it.

CPR on a patient with a pulse, blood sample collection without gloves and aseptic technique - not only are they grossly wrong, they give an impression that your clinical acumen is not up to the mark.

Yes, you are still an intern - you are bound to make mistakes and you are going to learn from them. The earlier you do, the better.

And it's not about moral or intellectual superiority. It's not about shaming. It is about teaching you what is right and what is wrong. Being an intern, you may feel on top of the world. Top of the undergraduate academic food chain - but remember, being an intern, you are at the bottom of the clinical food chain, way below residents and SRs and consultants. You have lots and lots to learn - about patient interaction, use of social media and its pitfalls, and the practice of medicine. Getting engagement and likes and comments on social media might feel validating and gratifying, but they don't serve any real purpose beyond a temporary euphoria.

Being enthusiastic is one thing. But losing your way in that enthusiasm is another. I was the same when I was a post-intern, engaging on Twitter. 3 years of Surgery residency gave me a much needed reality check and a factory reset. The earlier you get that check, the better.

During the Partition of 1947, everything was left behind.

A man who came to 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙝𝙞 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙎𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙤𝙩 supported his family by driving a tanga… and later started a small-scale spice business. That very man went on to become famously known across the country as “𝙈𝘿𝙃 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙮 𝙅𝙞.”

But his true greatness was not just in building a business worth crores…

It was in how he gave a large part of his earnings back to society.

𝙄𝙣 𝟭𝟵𝟲𝟴, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙖 ��𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙞 𝙃𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 was started as a small charitable eye hospital, which was later developed into a multi-speciality hospital. Today, it serves thousands of patients.

This is not just a story of business… it is a true example of struggle, hard work, and social service. 🇮🇳

This is seriously messed up. TMC is not a political party. It is a front for a domestic terror outfit. No mincing words here.

Salute to the bravehearts of BJP karyakartas and the Hindus of Bengal for their resilience against the TMC rule! But the battle is not done yet. Mamata and TMC goons will take every step to ensure civil unrest in West Bengal wherever and whenever possible. Ensuring peace is going to be an uphill task.

I hope BJP does not give even an inch of leeway to these goons and sucks every last breath of life out of them.
