🚨JUST IN: JAPAN’S SBI IS BUYING BITBANK TO BUILD A $6.8B CRYPTO EXCHANGE GIANT

SBI Holdings is acquiring Bitbank, one of Japan’s major crypto exchanges, through a ¥46.7 BILLION deal.

The combined business would hold around ¥1.1 TRILLION ($6.8B) in customer crypto assets and nearly 3 MILLION accounts.

SBI says this would make it Japan’s top crypto exchange group by assets under management.
