@VoyageBliss This is normal at ITC Maratha, even if you come at 5:00pm for check-in they will take 15-30mins to prepare the room. and upgrade will never happen, and breakfast is nightmare if you go after 8:30am.

@YourCardJourney I had totally different experience last year when I stayed, being Gold that time they upgraded me to Suite and dining experience was also smooth and the spread had a wide variety as well.

Though I can understand sometimes the experience and interaction with the staff changes.
