On International Volunteer Day (#IVD2024), @UNV_Afghanistan organized a three-day Foundational Leadership training for 32 dedicated @UNVolunteers. Facilitated by the Capacity Development and Learning Team (#CDLT) of the UNV Office.
The workshop focused on fostering self-leadership by building on personal strengths, aligning volunteer roles with organizational goals and the SDGs, and equipping them with essential tools to better serve communities in need.
