Urgent humanitarian appeal to govt of Pakistan:
Afghan cancer and other critical patients are losing their lives because Pakistan visa restrictions are disrupting lifesaving treatment. I personally know two patients who died after they could not return to Islamabad to complete remaining session of chemotherapy/radiotherapy at Shifa International Hospital.
Patients traveling legally for medical care should not suffer because of regional tensions or the actions of militant groups. Humanitarian medical visas for Afghan patients must be facilitated urgently.
Every delay can cost a life.

acting like muslim women don’t have agency or the ability to think for themselves and writing them off as "brainwashed fools" isn't a feminist move you think it is.
In 2026 alone, reports suggest 29,115 trees have been cut in Islamabad for DHA road development & the Mark-e-Haq Monument.
People are now questioning the environmental cost of rapid urban expansion — and how much green cover is left to lose before Islamabad turns into a concrete-heavy city.
There is an all-out war against the poor in Pakistan. Katchi abadi residents, redhi walas, factory workers, peasants & salaried classes are under attack to facilitate the tiny elite that consumes Rs 2700 billion in annual subsidies. Pakistan is a welfare state for the rich!
This was never our tradition. This Wahhabi black tent was imposed on us after 1979 by Zia-ul-Haq.
This is the real Pakistani tradition we lost decades ago:
BREAKING: Trump:
I agree to suspend the bombing and attack of Iran for a period of two weeks.
This will be a double sided CEASEFIRE! The reason for doing so is that we have already met and exceeded all Military objectives, and are very far along with a definitive Agreement concerning Longterm PEACE with Iran, and PEACE in the Middle East.
We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate.
Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to between the United States and Iran, but a two week period will allow the Agreement to be finalized and consummated.
On behalf of the United States of America, as President, and also representing the Countries of the Middle East, it is an Honor to have this Longterm problem close to resolution.
Apart from the idiocy of US journalists who call their President POTUS being shocked that Pakistanis might refer to their PM as PM of Pakistan, the grammar & wording of that post is so clearly Pakistani officialspeak. But well done on your scoop Ryan, real rigorous stuff.
The Taliban tend to exaggerate death tolls. And the Taliban may have housed military assets in or near the hospital. But that doesn’t take away from the sheer magnitude of this strike-in terms of the major loss of lives and the great escalatory potential it has for the conflict.
BREAKING: ‘If Kabul is attacked the response will be in Islamabad’ said Mullah Yaqoob, Defence Minister of Afghanistan, adding that “the demand [by Pakistan] for us to label the TTP a terrorist organisation is based on ‘passionate imagination’
Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, the acting minister of the Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan, has warned that any attack on Kabul would be met with retaliation against Islamabad, adding that Afghanistan is prepared for a prolonged conflict if necessary.
Speaking in an interview with Tolo News, Mujahid claimed Afghan forces have inflicted significant losses on Pakistan, in response to the death of a single Afghan civilian.
He stressed that Afghanistan does not seek war but would continue fighting if the conflict persists. “If they extend the war for ten years, we are ready to fight for ten years as well. We have no fear,” he said.
Mujahid added that the Afghan government and people do not want war, but said tensions largely stem from disputes over the Durand Line.
He also rejected labeling Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan as a terrorist group, saying such claims are “imaginary and unrealistic,” and describing it as a baseless demands that Pakistan is making from Afghanistan.
UPDATE: At least 13 civilians have been brought to the hospital including 2 children mostly with burns. Eyewitnesses say it was motorcycle laden suicide explosion that exploded near the Chashmai checkpost, which is usually empty at this time: Local Source/Hospital
Our party’s committed worker, Abuzar, was severely injured along with thirteen civilians in today’s Miran Shah blast. Our people are sandwiched between clashes between the Taliban and the military.
