@ladyleet @TheAmyCode Yeah, it all goes out the window with a refi, but if you have good credit, bought now, and put a sizeable down payment _then_ it could make sense to put in points.

@dexbonus My 2 year old's favorite snack food is blueberries. Everything is a blue/purplish tint below the 3 foot mark in this house no matter how much cleaning happens haha.
