This is very pathetic of AirIndia as they cancelled the flight and asked my brother to take a different flight and promised a amount that will be reimbursed. But now when it came to reimbursement they are just offering very less amount @airindia @RamMNK

It’s pathetic that your customer service doesn’t resolve the issue. And they just keep telling it will be resolved in next 24 hrs but its been 4 days now. What the hell is going on. Every other agent just gets back saying 24 hrs.
