Yoshi-P joked with Hironobu Sakaguchi about a sequel to Parasite Eve!

He said that since Sakaguchi's granddaughter was just born he'd like a sequel to Parasite Eve. Sakaguchi said "Ah, the main character is named after my daughter."

Yoshi-P replies "let's make a sequel and name the main character after your granddaughter (laughs)"

But he says although there are many fans of Sakaguchi's games at Square Enix it would be difficult to make happen.

Sakaguchi says he would love for them to use his granddaughters name, but says he is not interested in making it himself. He says if someone else makes it he will go out and promote it together with his granddaughter. lol

@Hamlock_ @Stealth40k Demi-Fiend should have been in Smash before Joker. SMT is the core series Persona came from and there are more SMT games on Nintendo than there were Persona games at the time. Ys came well before Trails and before Legend of Heroes. Ys was Falcoms money maker for decades.

@GenePark The original Silent Hill added fog because of technical limitations and it’s the most iconic atmospheric flourish the series has. Yes, the camera was pulled back for technical reasons but it also serves as an artistic purpose in the narrative.
