@anonymous299056 No, it's not a condition to be in the ruler's presence. I linked 2 fatawa incase you would like to read it. And of course there are more explanations past and present
Ibn Baz says " The fundamental principle is that the one who forbids evil (with regards to the ruler) should seek out what is most appropriate and closest to success" and that doing it publicly is fine. Full fatwa here (and more below from ibn uthaymeen): https://t.co/XXsaMRymXf
Publicly speaking against the ruler?
Shaykh al-Islam Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Wahhab: “& the comprehensive summary of all this is: That if an evil stems from a ruler or anyone else, he should be advised with gentleness in private. If he complies, [then all well & good]; otherwise
@MEffigy1529@FirmlyUponHaqq The words of kufr in his constitution and other constitutions are clear, you just desire for it to mean other than what it clearly says.
@MEffigy1529@FirmlyUponHaqq “ Freedom of belief is protected “ and “ The state respects all divine religions AND GUARANTEES the freedom to perform ALL their rituals “ I ask you, by Allah is this kufr yes or no?
@ibnsomali10@AbuTankeel Absolutely bro, harsh towards the muslims and soft towards the disbelievers. Then sprinkle in bootlicking and changing rulings for secular Tawagheet and that's their entire manhaj
@jado375 With all due respect it seems like reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, I'll try to assume the best and perhaps you didn't even bother reading what I had posted. " Don't lie " when all I did was quote them and post their fatawa... again, did you even read either fatwa?
Ibn Uthaymeen says: " If we see that denouncing the wrong publicly will eliminate the wrong and bring about good, then we should denounce it publicly " Full fatwa here with audio: https://t.co/dw7qi083Bz
This vid made both my dad and a good friend of mine leave the corrupt madkhali aqeedah, Wallahi in my experience this is the best video to show a madkhali so that they change Inshallah. Everyone show this your local Madkhali and any madkhali reading please watch. Full vid below👇
@Kusufi30 Very misleading, there is no excuse of ignorance in major shirk. Who the " ignorant " is, is itself a topic Below are 2 fatawa from the lajnah (Fawzan, Bin baz, Bakr abu zayd, abdul aziz) with good explanations Read Inshallah: https://t.co/6m7cLeIcrR

"ADAPTED from the lessons of the noble shaykh " Meaning these are not his words VERBATIM. Any honest human being would admit this as a mistake after posting, I hope for your sake that this was not posted in malice.
We see in the explanation of atahawiyyah by Ahmad Musa Jibrīl the Khāriji where he says that from the clear cut kufri statements is negating flesh and blood for Allāh ﷻ, then we see in Minhaj asunnah by Shaykh al-Islam where he negates these characteristics from Allāh ﷻ .
Is AMJ going to be consistent and say Shaykh al-Islam was upon kufr?
Did you expect those who reject ruling by what Allah revealed to uphold the so-called "democratic rights" they promised?
May my people awaken to what history has shown—those who refuse the truth will sell their own people just to maintain their grip on power.
