@itvfootball @gabrielclarke05 Foreign coaches (& players) talk about technical reasons for winning / losing. English football culture always defaults to mentality as reasons for winning / losing. Quality in key areas in key moments is the difference 9/10. Tuchel doesn’t get those questions from German media!

@DanAbrahams77 @Hoff_MD @csuf The best high status athletes are aware it’s difficult for less experienced team mates to offer help so they go out of their way to show and communicate that they are open to feedback and learnings from anyone in the group. Same applies in the office world.

@DanAbrahams77 @Hoff_MD @csuf I get why the data would show this but I don’t think the reason is as simple as that. Likely more down to the fact that offering help to a ‘high status’ athlete ‘above you’ in skill & experience can be daunting.
