Today, we took a trip to the Tree Park to clean it up for the beginning of the summer. Everything’s looking great, now! Be sure to check out our tree park in #Milwaukee to pay respect to all of these children lost due to child abuse.

Anyone who says “get over it” doesn’t understand the effects of any type of abuse. It’s a major issue, and reminds us that there’s a stigma that needs to be fought. Abuse is real and the effects of it are also very real regardless of them being physical, mental, emotional, etc.

Child abuse can lead to so many other things, like anxiety, depression, or even suicide. We need to help those who are abused so that they can leave those terrible situations!

Happy birthday in heaven to little Sean Flowers. Baby Sean would have been 3 years old today, but instead his daddy drowned him in North Ridge Lake and will now serve 38 years in prison. Guardians of the Children will never let his memory be forgotten!
