@LiveAboveCO what a sham of a company - they don't offer the ability to return items on sale for a refund - and basically all of their items are on sale so you can't ever get a refund. You also can't cancel an order, which is in violation of consumer protection laws What a shady business!

@Airbnb acknowledged that the listing I was staying at was unlicensed and uninhabitable because of they removed it, BUT I never received a refund of over $1700. I've sent over a dozen messages in response and they NEVER Respond - apparently, customer care isn't a concern.
