The truth about the Cheney story:

- An 11 second clip was made in such a way to remove all context to fit a certain narrative.

-Most of the media reported as if it was factual and then added their bias to “report” the manipulated video clip

-Very few journalist’s investigated the entirety of Trump’s discussion and failed to stay neutral.

Freedom of the press, while a cornerstone of our Republic, is not free to coordinate, manipulate, and inject their biases on the populous. They refused to have any intellectual curiosity.

The way this all played out is the very definition of defamation. Instances of libel and slander grew like wildfire.

At this stage, any apology or retraction is hallow.

Austin Metcalf received the death penalty.

Karmelo Anthony received 35 years.

One of them lives.
One of them gets a gravestone.

The real victim in this case is NOT the convicted killer.

The real victim is the young man who will never come home again and the family that will spend the rest of their lives grieving a loss that can never be undone.

This was a track meet.

A place for competition, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Murder is wrong regardless of the race of the victim or the perpetrator. Any decent society should be able to agree on that.

Austin Metcalf lost everything.

His family got a life sentence of grief.

And while some are busy turning this tragedy into a racial debate, the Metcalf family is looking at the empty chair at the dinner table and remembering who actually paid the highest price.

🚨 Karmelo Anthony’s father pushes a huge lie on National Television — “The jury for my son was an All White Jury”

These are the facts:
There were 6 minorities total on the full 18-person panel (12 jurors + 6 alternates)
• the jury that decided his sons fate included Asian, Hispanic, and Middle Eastern/Indian jurors.

There were also Three qualified Black prospective jurors who were struck during selection because they expressed difficulty with convicting a young Black man, even if he was guilty.

And Karmelo even requested the jury sentence him instead of the judge.

The fact that his father is playing this card is sad, and this is the exact kind of piss poor parenting that results in what happened.
