@FlixBus your customer service has been atrocious, our bus was cancelled 30 mins before it was meant to arrive, then we were told by 2 different drivers that our bus WAS coming so we waited 30 mins in the rain.
Now we have been re-routed via a different bus stop & 3 hours later..
