@UDLP_UK Just had a feeling that it would have been Viera if he retired 🤷

@UDLP_UK If we do shift Valles I'd buy specifically for that position, the other two seem to be made of tracing paper 🚑

[Dave Haxon @Hax83]

@UDLP_UK Already look more dangerous in the final third than we did whole of last season! 🐤

@briancreegan76 @LansdowneRD_IE Imagine the team Ireland could have if players stuck with their first nation! On the other hand, some players hang on in the hope of playing for England, it never materialises and they miss out on national team exp until later in their career.

[Dave Haxon @Hax83]

@briancreegan76 @LansdowneRD_IE Think I might have said this with you before @briancreegan76 but once someone has played u21s for a nation that should be it. You could argue it could be u18s but I'd go u21s. Stop this nonsense making international football like clubs.

🇮🇸 Vestri from the remote north-west of Iceland could secure promotion to the top flight for the first time in their 37-year history today.

If they do, they will become the third most northerly top-flight club in a UEFA country after the Norwegian duo of Tromsø and Bodø/Glimt.

🇫🇴 The Faroese Clásico between HB Tórshavn & KÍ Klaksvík, the record & reigning champs respectively, takes place in the capital tonight.

Fans travelling to the game will likely take the series of tunnels connecting the islands - including the world's first underwater roundabout.
