Sometimes it feels like the Polygon team is out of touch with the culture forming on their own chain. Culture can’t be controlled—it often forms in unexpected ways. But nurturing it? That’s something a team that cares can do.

We've been glad to embrace the decentralized nature of this space, where anyone can build freely. We've partnered with some of the top NFT communities on this chain, but it’s disappointing to admit that I don’t know anyone who truly feels Polygon values its cultural side.

This disconnect is part of why the token is sinking, and why so many are exploring other options.

There is little Polygon culture left on chain, and those builders and communities are the last believers. Failing to invest in or acknowledge them risks losing this culture entirely, along with any chance for the chain to thrive and instead it becoming a ‘zombie’ network.

It’s also insane how the Parks’ vision aligns with AggLayer’s mission to unify the ecosystem, yet our pitch deck and video pitch were left unopened.

I've always been a supporter, but with recent concerns, it might be time to consider the opportunities and offers from other chains for our partners and future projects.
