@weareEMR I think a lot of Rose coloured glasses, as someone who worked on them for 40 years. Cold, drafty, very noise ( especially when the Garda office was in the power car. But lasted a long time.

@RAIL Give us the PPE to assist Visually impaired passengers & wheelchair, give guards PPE so they don’t have to risk lives to use a defibrillator

The good news; All passenger trains on the ECML have defibrillators The bad news; Train Managers have to make a decision, do I risk Covid19 or do I stand by & not try to save a life? As they are not supply with basic PPE to be able to use it. Stay safe, save lives & stay at home!

Lots of reports of passengers carrying flowers and Easter eggs on trains yesterday. The longer you keep making unnecessary journeys the more people will die and the longer we will be in lockdown. stay safe, keep rail workers safe and STAY AT HOME!

Why should railway station staff and Train Managers be put into a position of danger when assisting Visually Impaired Passengers or those passengers needing wheelchair assistance. Their Managment refuse to give them ANY PPE. saying you will be depriving the NHS of the PPE.
