As a childminder I was inspected this week with OFSTED’S new toolkit. Feedback?More relaxed than other inspections, BUT, more intense. You have to be consistently showing you are working in the areas in order to move up.Not best fit. Frustrated

@WeAreOpenreach I just can't believe that an incident that happened on Friday won't even have an engineer come out until Monday. One email stated they knew it was a priority. We have children sitting GCSEs who need the Internet for revision as one example. It is disappointing customer care
