My credit card only needs my CVV number, but the debit card needed that AND text code. I'm just soy saaaad, but glad you got your ticket, @TheEvermoreGuy

@TMFanSupport I've had tickets in my cart no less than 15 times today & it is impossible to close the deal. When those seats don't sell for 4x face value on StubHub and they're empty, who wins? Certainly not @taylorswift13 @taylornation13 or the fans 😠

@TMFanSupport When these ticket drops happen & we get errors & "tickets unavailable" messages no matter what we do & the same seats show up on StubHub, it's hard to feel like y'all care about the fans. What is being done to limit resellers' access? They have to be using bots.

@erastourticks Multiple failed transactions for us + kicked out of queue, are any real humans/fans EVER getting ANY of these tickets in these drops? It seems really unlikely. @TMFanSupport what are y'all doing to prevent bots from snapping everything up before a human being can click?
