Has anyone ever used a blue light filter for a computer and found it's helped with headaches? I hit about 2 hours on a computer and get bad headaches and nausea and then I'm unable to function for the rest of the day. Not great when trying to finish uni work

I was so scared going into my final placement having done more primary care but the team have been so lovely and my assessor seems to really care about teaching. I feel so lucky 😁

@StephJonesBerry @NurseStandard @rcni I'm a student nurse, and it's been mixed, one placement made me change my hair colour because it was blue, and uni did not support me, but one of their staff had red hair.
Generally patients love the bright hair and tattoos.
