@deandunham @CMAgovUK @SimonCalder 2/2 to try avoid ccj and paying peoples court costs back emailing/calling for first time in months for peoples details just before ccj awards to drop full refunds in banks minus costs of court then defend case after refunding out of court 🙈🚔

TELETEXT HOLIDAYS UPDATE: following my report to the @CMAgovUK I am delighted to hear today that it is now taking formal action against @TeletextHoliday in order to recover consumers refunds. This should now pave the way for everyone to get their money back. Well done @CMAgovUK

@deandunham @CMAgovUK @TeletextHoliday They claim to be an agent thsi is a firm defence favorite used for chargebacks section 75 and ccj routes to prevent awards given! And say they arnt package provider only agent people are suffering at the hands of tt lies! @CMAgovUK please respond

Have you had any updates on @CMAgovUK investigation on @TeletextHoliday ? They seem to be getting away with murder the things we still witnessing dealing with and helping people with regarding refunds constant lies on official court docs too

@santanderukhelp Yes you advised you cannot help due to the company not going bust! And dispite a 14 day period of where a company has to refund you still refuse to honour the section 75 ! If u pm me I can give you the ladys details to contact her as your not abiding by legistlation for section75
