@MartinSLewis so @TUIUK are allowing some people who paid low deposits to cancel there holiday for August. Different rules for different people. How can they do this. I'm in a dire predicament but there demanding I pay for something that wasn't what I signed up for @BBCBreakfast

@TUIUK We have been advised to cancel our August holiday (booked online) due to son's disability. How do I go about this when I cannot get through to you? We would amend for next year but prices going up daily and we can't afford on top to pay amendment fee in the current climate
