@Ryanair April/May/June flights cancelled, applied for refunds to then be told they were vouchers & spend hours waiting to speak to someone to make them refunds as originally requested. NOW getting emails w/ the vouchers to use... do I need to request refunds AGAIN? Please stop.

@plusnethelp are you doing anything to help accommodate your customers who need a stronger connection to work remotely atm? Our bandwidth is SHOCKING at the best of times (can't use 2 devices without it buffering) but now 2 of us need video chat/internet for work full-time... 🙏

@Ryanair so I was offered refunds for my cancelled flights. Applied. Waited. Now told that it's flight credit to be used within a year and if we want a refund wait in a queue online until the chat shuts for the night, just to get what was originally promised (cash refund)?

@Ryanair I just checked in for my flights, spending £6 each way to reserve seats etc. Can't view boarding pass ('technical issues') and can't see it on mobile either ('no data connection' when there is) - has this gone through?! #help #ryanair
