@KirstyOpala @AmyMeacock @wowcher Hi! What number did you call please? I filled out my forms but voucher still says redeem! T&c’s say if can take up to 10 days after draw but I’d rather know it’s been booked properly at least! 🙈
@NatalieDHopkins@wowcher I was reading the redeem t&c’s and saw this about being contacted 10 days after the draw so there’s still hope haha! Just don’t get why it’s saying it’s not been redeemed 🤷🏼♀️ xx

@BootsHelp@BootsUK I’m waiting for my account, it was sent off instore and is saying I can’t upload my temporary card to an account. Does this mean I can’t collect the points online till I get the permanent card arrives?
@BootsUK Hi please could you help, I have a temporary advantage card. But it’s not letting me enter this online? It’s saying I have no characters left when I have 1 number left to add? I’ve tried removing the T from the front too but nothings working? Thank you.
