He definitely needs to be classified as a registered sex offender ASAP. Instead of just using the interview from the qualitative research method, I would conduct life history research on the man accused and the victim to get as much info about the incident as possible. #CRIM1001

Woman “ask for it” by their dress/behaviour. Officer charged for sexually assaulting a woman who was intoxicated. He gave her a ride home and she allowed him into her house. He took advantage of her vulnerability. She was too intoxicated to give consent.

@cassieehannahh Having to go through the trauma of constantly going to court and seeing the person who assaulted you countless times must be horrible and the fact that this case has been going on for 6 years is insane! There needs to be a change in the system for dealing with this.
