@ZalesJewelers @hsamueljeweller My partner bought a ring from Zales along with the lifetime warranty. At the time we were told as the sister company, HSamuel would honour this as we are UK based. Now HSamuel customer service are telling me this is wrong. Please could u clarify?

@RoyalMailHelp hi, I have 4 parcels awaiting delivery All from aliexpress (overseas) 3/4 are saying returned to sender. 1/4 says delivered but isn’t. Company saying they’re at local post office and I need to reach out. Refusing to refund. What can I do? Thanks

@asksheilas this year Iwont be usingcar for commute to work. On renewal quote the use is social, domestic & pleasure &cover type is comprehensive. My partner is a named driver & on odd occasion may use car for his commute (1-2 times a year) wud we be covered in this situation? Ta

@TheFCA hello, is there anything I can do about the fact that @helptobuy have ignored my solicitors undertaking to repay my equity loan, are currently ignoring my calls, emails and tweets whilst charging me a daily interest rate on my loan? Please advise if possible
