@Savageboston He will probably have to DH when he is back. That would mean either Luis Garcia or Ben Rice would end up losing reps.

[Henry @Hborg17]

@JakeIggy Definitely agree. Hopefully there will be a few new hires for the coaching staff in the off season. I'm happy Tracy is sticking around as the manager, but I am not so sure we should stick with everyone who was hired post Cora era.

[Henry @Hborg17]

@JakeIggy Bringing in Seiya wouldn't replace Wilyers defense, I'm not sure how many players there are out there that could replace Wilyer's defense. That being said Seiya's defense looked pretty good last season and his arm could be pretty useful out there in Fenway's right field.

[Henry @Hborg17]

@bope016 @DanBFox1287 Yeah, I think we could work him into the outfield rotation just so we could get some guys off of their feet every once in a while. Could also work Eli White in there as well to give guys a true day off. Would be nice to be able to give our outfielders more rest down the stretch.

[Henry @Hborg17]

@bope016 @DanBFox1287 I think Seiya Suzuki could give us better defense with a better pull/air rate. Wouldn't mind Randy tho

[Henry @Hborg17]

@HebHammer94 I keep seeing Randy brought up and I don’t hate it, but the pull air is nowhere as good as Seiya and I don’t love the idea of putting Randy in left field if Roman needs a breather.

[Henry @Hborg17]

@Dunkintern @JakeWally Suzuki?

[Henry @Hborg17]

@TomCaron Feel really bad for him man. He'll be back and crushing it when he's healthy

[Henry @Hborg17]

@TheRadioMike You're never gonna believe who's in New York right now

[Henry @Hborg17]

@HebHammer94 He is currently rocking a .500 obp with the Sox.

[Henry @Hborg17]

@MattGross87 I wonder if there is some sort of custom thumb guard that could help him

[Henry @Hborg17]

@Rojefmo @PatBrown954 I'm not particularly worried yet. I feel like the second finger injury this year is a product of the first one not being completely healed.

[Henry @Hborg17]

@LouMerloni If we have learned anything this season, it's don't count this team out.

[Henry @Hborg17]

@HebHammer94 Do you think someone takes Roman's spot or are they gonna hold out hope for him?

[Henry @Hborg17]

@tylermilliken_ @tylermilliken_ Is Romy injured?

[Henry @Hborg17]

@ChrisCotillo @ChrisCotillo Is Romy injured?

[Henry @Hborg17]

@burgahmeister @HebHammer94 Yeah, it does not look good, but it also didn't look good going into the four game series over the summer. I'm scared, but I won't count them out just yet.

[Henry @Hborg17]

Where is Romy Gonzalez? Is there still some sort of lingering injury because I don't see another reason why we would be leaving one of our best lefty killers off of the current roster. Especially when it seems incredibly likely we will be facing Fried next week. #redsox #baseball
