Pablo , you have become a great podcast entertainer. Great acting skills. But in terms of getting to the real real. Not so much

2. All of what you said is MEANINGLESS if KL2 didn't actually get paid. You once again talk about the first 2 payments. But NEVER, not once, not even a discussion of ANY PAYMENTS BEYOND THE FIRST 2

Why? You have your sources IN THE FINANCE DEPT. You have the CLO giving you documents. Why haven't you just listed all the payments and dates? Because if all the things Ballmer did were purely to get KL2 paid , shouldn't it matter that he actually DID GET PAID ?

3. As far as the stock put , this is exactly the ploy Sanberg used to defraud his lenders. In May of 22, when he said he would give the stock , HE ALREADY KNEW IT WAS WORTHLESS.

And if you ever had any real business people on the pod , they would tell you that the put is WORTHLESS if the counterparty is broke or doesn't have resources. The last counterparty Sanberg used is also going to jail

4. You truly disrespect the other people who invested as late as Nov of 24 and sued Sanberg and aspiration and mention the CLO. Why no mention of the details in those lawsuits ?

5. No mention at all of the new CEO. The rebranding to @CatonaClimate
Just look at their posts. The people working there, and that included the former Aspiration CLO assisting them trying to live up to their mission and helping Sanberg raise more money from more than ballmer AFTER the investigations. Why ?
6. As far as the donation to fund. Don't you think your story depends on you showing the money came out of the charity ?
7. If aspiration/Catona started their reorg for bankruptcy in Jan of 25 when there were 6 payments remaining ,why does the ch 11 filing only reflect 7m owed ?

@mcuban Have u listened/watched the podcasts at all??Yes, the company was a ponzi fraud and Ballmer and others were defrauded. Doesn’t change the initial intentions behind Ballmer’s investments, which clearly was to circumvent the cap. The evidence is damning and you’re ignoring it.

@RishiKBakshi Agree. Focus is often on building “net new” supply, but there r many ways to reallocate existing supply, thereby increasing supply for end users. Question: would u extend the allocation issue to “housing type” also (eg need fewer condos, more affordable SFHs to accommodate fams)?
