@famexbt Taxes, water, garbage maintenance cost have all increased. If landlords can’t make a profit they will sell the property. Ultimately leading to less available housing. The way to reduce rent is by increasing the housing supply. Simple economics.

@adgirlMM Gorge Bush tried to get a law passed that 25% of your SS could be invested in the market and passed down to your heirs if you died prematurely. The Dems at the time voted it down. Called it a gift to Wall Street.
