@NikolDimit@VoidenMD Both. The agent writes: register_tracked_email takes raw HTML, returns it with a pixel + every link rewritten to a tracked redirect. Agent sends that, then queries who opened/clicked, where, human vs proxy.
Never reads your inbox. Fair point on the why moving it up.
I got tired of paying for email open tracking, so I built my own and open-sourced it.
MailTrackMCP runs on Cloudflare Workers and ships with an MCP server, so my agent just tells me who opened what. Free tier covers it.
@harleyfoote_ Fair point ! the MCP never could send mail, but it did authenticate with the ownerโs token. Fixed: scoped, capped, revocable agent keys; the server only exposes tools the key is allowed to call. Threat model written up in SECURITY.md.
@Lyra0x_ Exactly why I built it this way. Apple's proxy prefetches the pixel, so those hits get tagged as apple-prefetch and don't count as opens. A click is the signal I actually trust.
The MCP server lives inside the same Worker. No sidecar, no extra host. My agent sends a tracked email, then tells me when someone clicks.
Shoutout to @mattzcarey and @threepointone for making agents on Workers this easy.

@d0ugk@surajitdasgupta His youngest Eve was 12. I think that qualifies. The iPhone puts them at 8 years old. Also @grok is it true steve jobs largeley banned his children from using devices like the ipad at home?
@HeadlessFounder@surajitdasgupta Steve jobs kids were well into adulthood by the time the iPhone and iPad came to be. Go do a basic Google search before posting.
