Made this ad for a brand, took a lot of inspiration from @frankyecom.
Anyone can use seedance or kling, but not everyone knows good copywriting.
You gotta sell the emotion/feeling , not the product.
The script, music, effects, all adds up to curating an experience.
I see AI UGC as an art form that can be mastered with time!
You can also do AI UGC for other languages, the upsides are literally limitless.
Here's one I did for a German brand a while ago, and I don't even speak german
AI UGC is actually insane for ecom brands.
Taking inspiration from @pounddz, @maxxmalist, @Mho_23, @frankyecom, @olliesykesai
i made this in under an hour for a client with @mitte_ai
and honestly…
perfection is killing your ads.
the part most people get wrong?
b-rolls.
>they overthink every frame
>try to make it cinematic
>spend hours on details no one notices
i don’t.
i use a lower-tier Kling model for b-rolls on purpose.
why?
because it’s cheap… and it lets me go crazy with volume.
>different angles
>different scenes
>different variations
now i’m not guessing
i’m testing
i kill what doesn’t work fast and double down on what actually converts
i also use chatgpt to visualize b-roll ideas before generating anything
so i’m not just creating content…
i’m creating with direction
that’s the real advantage
not “perfect” content
volume. speed. iteration.
that’s what wins
most brands are still trying to get 1 perfect video
we’re testing 10
i broke the full system down
hooks, funnels, content structure, everything

My team pumps these out 24/7
Everyone running AI UGC is focused on going viral.
That’s why they don’t make real money.
The secret isn’t one viral video.
It’s volume and consistency.
Posting once in a while won’t convert.
Posting daily with the right structure will.
Here’s what actually works:
→ High-volume AI UGC (1–3 videos per day)
→ Each video built around specific pain points
→ Comment funnels into a free guide (not the product)
→ Email capture to access it
→ Daily emails that convert over time
Now your content isn’t just content.
It’s a distribution system.
Most brands are still relying on:
random creators
slow production
inconsistent posting
And they wonder why nothing compounds.
We replaced all of that with a system.
Same strategy we’re using for affiliate offers right now.
I broke the full thing down, including the hooks, funnels, and content structure.
RT + Comment “GIZMO” and I’ll send it over. (Must be following so I can DM)
This is exactly the direction we’re seeing too. AI + Web3 isn’t just about new tools, it’s about unlocking smarter income from assets creators already own. Attention, profile real estate, distribution. Quiet plays like these are going to matter a lot more going into 2026.
What really stood out to us in the space is how people are looking at AI as leverage, not a replacement. Using it to get more value from what they already have. In Web3, that’s exactly how we think about creator income too. Monetizing existing attention in simple, low-effort ways, like turning profile real estate into something useful. Those quiet plays tend to add up going into 2026.
