@Ching48759652 Knowing they wasn't going too amend all their debts. Its daft really! I was flying to dalaman too olu deniz resort. Looked amazing! Will still be going next year just will have to wait a lot longer then april now.

@Ching48759652 You could always ring them back up and make sure they have all your details too hand ready as they say they just going through the claims as they appear.

@bigpete2112 @UK_CAA If the refunds arnt allocated back into your account come this friday to ring back the CAA and press option 2. I would do so now though if you haven't already as those with the claim references with Z and atol number 1179 are in the process of a refund come this week apparently.

@UK_CAA I booked a full package holiday through direct debit for april 2020. Do i need too put a claim in just incase?
