@UK_CAA Can you release a statement as to why so many DD customers have not received refunds or emails when you said this would be the case. There are a lot of angry and anxious people out there.

@bbc5live CAA have failed to deliver on their promise of refunding all direct debit payments automatically. They are now telling people to claim instead. A lot of angry people out there.
