Heads To Health (@HeadsToHealth) is a #Charity Limited By Gauruntee run by @JoePlumbUk
Our activities will provide benefit to:
- Children & Young People to help with educating, supporting and
providing tools for their overall wellbeing.
- Educational Settings to provide staff with appropriate training, knowledge and tools to looking after children & young people’s mental health and overall wellbeing.
- Setting up peer mentoring schemes in educational settings and groups.
- National accreditation scheme to all schools to encourage them to make
mental health and wellbeing a priority and to ensure students and staff are getting the right support and training needed.
#MentalHealth Support:
The community will benefit by knowing more about mental health and wellbeing and how to look after themselves and others around them. This will make communities feel safe and supported.
Mental Health #Education & #Training:
The community will benefit by knowing more about mental health and wellbeing. This includes a toolkit to use to support children and young people when they are experiencing a crisis. This will also help children and young people support others around them who may be struggling by teaching them how to deal with certain things and ensuring they and the other person are getting the right support. A peer mentoring scheme, daily check-in’s and accredition scheme will aim to keep the conversations going and encourage schools to keep educating and supporting students. The more they do, the better accreditation they will achieve. This will then help them in their futures.
We are still in the process of setting up everything and would love anyone to #volunteer their time to help set up and run the organisation and become a director. If you’re interested, please email [email protected]
Don't compare yourself to those filtered lives. Yours has beauty in the messy and the wise. Your life has meaning in the ups and the downs. Not in the likes, hearts or followers around 💜🤝

Always remember, the commitment to fostering emotional safety does not end as the school bell rings. We can extend this support system into the students' homes, promoting emotional wellbeing outside as well as inside the classrooms.
