We are a Non-Profit Organisation, a Christian mental health aid community for Alcohol addicts and vulnerable people to help them realise their God-given gifts.
Too much niceness is naïveté, the belief that if you are nice to others, if you do more, give more, sacrifice more, and endure more, they will treat you right.
That belief ruins life.
A tough season can feel incredibly isolating. Often, the smallest gesture of presence. Sending a quick check-in text, dropping off a meal, or sitting in silence together—makes the biggest difference.
What is your favorite way to show a close friend they aren't alone?
Saturday nights aren’t always happy.
Sometimes it’s just people trying to feel less.
Alcohol. Smoke. Distractions.
Not to have fun… but to numb the pain.
But numbing isn’t healing.
It just delays it.
If that’s you tonight
you’re not alone.❤️

#StressAwarenessMonth
Stress is a human #response to a demanding world, not a sign of weakness.
Feeling overwhelmed doesn't mean you are failing; it means you are navigating a lot. Normalize acknowledging the pressure so you can manage it with grace instead of shame.
People who hurt you want confirmation that they hurt you. They want you to approach them hysterically, asking why. It gives them the satisfaction of knowing that they made you feel unsettled. Naturalize walking away from such people.

Mental health struggles are the silent
passengers. They sit with us on the
journey, unseen but ever-present. They
are tucked behind polite smiles, hearty
handshakes, colorful dresses, and
sharp suits. Mental health struggles are the silent
passengers. #The passenger
"When something bad happens you have three choices. You can either let it define you, let it destroy you, or you can let it strengthen you."

Good morning 🌞
It's World Mental Health Day - 🌍💜
This year our theme is ‘overwhelm’.
We have all been overwhelmed at something or are,.. Whichever way it is, we ought to calm down.
