Looking for an easy way to use those fresh tomatoes and cucumbers coming out of your garden? Try this simple salad: cut up some tomatoes and cucumbers. Add in a little olive oil, a squeeze of fresh lemon, salt and pepper, a few fresh basil leaves, and some feta cheese.
