Medicaid has become central to fighting the opioid epidemic, which Trump calls a priority. Medicaid funds treatment for 1.5 million people & in many states more than 1/2 of them are covered under the ACA's Medicaid expansion to working-poor-which GOP Congress wants to reverse.
