Take your Physical, Mental and Spiritual Health to the peak. Experience life to the fullest. Gain lasting freedom from anxiety and reverse lifestyle diseases.
Thinking about doing something triggers the mind anxious walls but if you do the same thing in flow while going through your day out of curiosity and interest , it just happens. Tells a lot about how we should approach things in life.
The best thing about eating in a time restricted window is how much you start to value your food choices and be grateful for the nutrition it gives and feeds your consciousness. Food is really a medicine. Also the freedom from junk and distraction it cuts out is a plus.
When you train and with that training your nervous system reaches its peak potential, it acts as a divine will that compounds throughout the day and shows up in on point thoughts, taking right decisions & actions at the right time. Everything just becomes a divine play.
Physical attractiveness is largely how healthy you are.
An underappreciated corollary is that mental attractiveness is also largely just how healthy you are. Playfulness, joy, happiness, responsivity, non-reactivity, are basically just read outs of how well regulated your nervous system is.
Yet so many fall prey to social programming of carb-selling giants who made cheap food so available craving becomes inevitable.
Awareness to eat right takes you places you can’t imagine - elevated consciousness is magic.
I'm convinced that your diet is the most important thing in your life. And it's more than just food. Your diet includes information, relationships, ideas. It impacts everything. Energy. Mood. Focus. Thought. The quality of your output is proportional to the quality of your input.
@LifeMathMoney We are in individual war with the systems that want you to be in the dead state.
Only awareness, getting off the consumption spiral and claiming your life back can save you.
And @LifeMathMoney-Live Intentionally Program helps you do the same.

@LifeMathMoney Change is the only constant and risk is the law of nature. We all have heard these statements.
But its true impact is only felt when it hits you personally and then when it hits you, you realise the comfort is the riskiest place to be in after all.

@LifeMathMoney People when starting with their training and diet often forget that you are supposed to make it a lifestyle and that is only possible when you are enjoying it and for that first principles routine creation/diet that u enjoy is required that ensures compounding in the long term.

To break this cycle, one must have a solid routine and mental training with repetitions, be aware whether it is the anxiety of analysis paralysis stopping you as the very nature of doing that work will surely bring peace to you. Break the cycle and flow with the work.
I was thinking about this what is it that stops you to follow your to do list without any distractions and i believe the biggest constraint is the illusion of doing work itself : the mind will try to escape work by putting itself in analysis paralysis mode.

Instead of procrastinating all day, if people were just willing to bite the bullet and get the work done
The work would have already been done
And they'd be able to relax and enjoy their time now without the guilt or wasted opportunities
But this requires master mindset.
What most people have is slave mindset.
They only work when someone or something is forcing them to work (e.g. a boss or a deadline).

If you feel jealous of someone, INTENTIONALLY reframe your thoughts:
"Instead of being jealous of him, what can I learn from him that I can use in my own life?"
Jealousy is a loser's emotion. A winner wants to improve his life by incorporating useful traits from others.
Always copy something useful from the successful instead of being hateful of their success.
This one reframe can change your life.
Nothing better than ending your day with a calm nervous system, your body fully primed to do its work while you sleep, it carries out cellular-level cleanup, repair, and rejuvenation. Clears all mental clutter, it feels like the divine expressing itself through you.
Going for 10k+ steps in the evening after your last meal is a grt way to end the day. You feel relaxed on the walk, your body burns through its glycogen stores, and it gradually shifts into a state of ketosis and autophagy. By the time you go to sleep, your body is working for u.
