🐝 Start work closer to 8am.
🐝 Leave work at 4.30.
🐝 Gym 4 x per week.
🐝 10 minutes of skipping 5 days per week.
🐝 Reading for 20 minutes in bed.
🐝 Weekends are mine.
🐝 Evening dog walk.
🐝 No emails between 5pm - 7.30am.
🐝 2L water each day.
