Fascinating insight into decision making for PA-friendly built environment in new communities in England.
Key findings: need for public health practitioners involvement, lack of standards/policies, lack of contextually relevant case studies, other restrictions (e.g. resources)
My med school advised I quit Medicine because of my past #abuse.
They said I was 'damaged' & wouldn't recover.
3yrs later I've come top of my year, finished my PhD & now publicly speak about my journey.

Delivering bad or unexpected news via #ultrasound is challenging. It is immediate; #sonographers have no time to plan what to say before speaking to expectant parents. Training varies between centres & improvement is needed.
