@DrRajeshG1 @jeffrey_vinocur Aerogram of the RVOT? Absolutely, before “safe sheaths” it used to happen a lot more. On rare occasions, with enough air, I’ve had O2 sat drops and hypotension and I’ve even had to put a catheter up in the outflow to try and agitate the air away
